TQC was established
in 1985 and currently employs over 35 full time staff. Our multi-disciplinary
project teams supply bespoke engineering solutions to a range of
industries including automotive, electrical, pharmaceutical and
food. The machines produced utilise a wide range of electromechanical
devices, instrumentation and sensor technologies.
Design
Engineer - Mechanical Engineering 
the
role
We require an innovative
Design Engineer who is looking for a new challenge.
The
candidate must be capable of multi-tasking over a wide range of
engineering disciplines with design experience of industrial equipment
essential.
This
position is to join a team of engineers designing solutions for
industrial automation, test equipment and mechanical handling.
The
successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their
ability to work on and execute projects from the initial design
stage, through manufacturing and test, to on site commissioning
and support.
We
operate a fully integrated IT network and would expect applicants
to be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and database packages.
SolidWorks 3D CAD experience would be an advantage.
Senior
Sales Engineer
the
role
We require an experienced sales professional who is
capable of multi-tasking over a wide range of engineering disciplines.
The role is to promote TQC and continue our recent successes
with a growing order book. The successful applicant will be
a self-starter with good presentation skills. The role includes
the development of machine and system concepts, obtaining quotations
for proprietary equipment, producing scheme drawings and layouts,
plus producing formal contract proposal documents. The successful
applicant will negotiate with senior client personnel to secure
further business.
We are offering an attractive basic salary plus commission,
a company car, mobile phone, IT equipment, etc. We are also
offering attractive conditions and career prospects. TQC Ltd
require an Engineer qualified to at least HNC level in an engineering
discipline. Product and sales training will be provided.

Undergraduate
One Year Placement Engineer
the
role
To assist in the promotion of engineering solutions
to pharmaceutical, food, automotive and electrical industries working
within our busy Sales department. TQC is a team of flexible,
creative and professional engineers working on a wide and interesting
range of bespoke engineering projects using the latest technology
packages.
The position involves developing machine and system
concepts, obtaining quotations for proprietary equipment, producing
scheme drawings and layouts, plus developing formal contract proposal
documents. You must be a self-starting engineer with good
presentation skills with an ability to liaise with senior client
contacts.
We offer an attractive salary plus 26 days holiday

TQC operate an integrated IT system using WP, spreadsheets
and databases. CAD experience would be an advantage.
