vacancy - Project Engineer - Mechanical Engineering

TQC
is looking for a Project Engineer to fill a challenging role with
our mechanical engineering department.
TQC's
multi-disciplined project teams supply bespoke engineering solutions
to a range of industries including automotive, electrical, pharmaceutical
and food. We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate their
ability to provide innovative solutions to the engineering problems
presented to them and their team .
the role
We
require an innovative Project Engineer who is capable of multi-tasking
over a wide range of engineering disciplines. This position is to
join a team of engineers designing solutions for industrial automation,
test equipment and mechanical handling.
The
successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop their
ability to work on and execute projects from the initial design
stage, through manufacturing and test, to on site commissioning
and support.
We
operate a fully integrated IT network and would expect applicants
to be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and database packages.
3D CAD experience would be an advantage.

TQC
was established in 1985 and has grown to employ 40 full time staff.
Our
multi-disciplinary project teams supply bespoke engineering solutions
to a range of industries including automotive, electrical, pharmaceutical
and food. The machines produced utilise a wide range of electromechanical
devices, instrumentation and sensor technologies.
Our
projects are unique and different just like the people we seek to
employ.
The types of project we engineer include; testing V6 engines on
a 90 second takt time to ensure that they do not leak oil or water,
fixturing Mini bumpers for robotic painting, handling radio-pharmacy
drugs, assembling a 9 part plastic mechanism at one every 8 seconds.
TQC
is also a Kawasaki Robotics system partner.
These
positions are for full time employment, to start as soon as possible
at our site in Nottingham.
