TQC have supplied a number
of laser cut profile based fixtures for the automotive industries.
The abilities and experience of our in-house jig and tool design
facilities enable fixtures to suit automotive plastic mouldings
to be designed to suit the customers requirements. The following parts have been handled

Generally these style
of fixtures are used to support the moulding during the paint process.
As part of the supply, TQC can develop mounting frames for multiple
fixtures so that a number of mouldings can be transferred down the
paint line.
All laser cut fixtures
are CMM checked to ensure the fixture matches the CAD data.
