Series 20

        Standard leak testing fixture

TQC have recently developed a series of standard leak test benches.

The series 20 leak test bench applies a small level of automation from the standard TS500 or S9 Nolek leak test instruments.

The unit incorporates:

Fixture nest to locate the part

A combination of manually applied and automatic seals

Self guarding sliding drawer

Built in TS500 or S9

Standard operator interface panel

Suitable for low cost, low to medium volume applications

This unit is configurable for either over-pressure, vacuum or dosing applications.
