The first two
machines have been succesfully delivered to the new Kingspan®
Renewables factoy in Portadown, Northern Ireland, the remaining
4 systems are close to completion and will be delivered shortly.
The machines delivered
are for the helium leak testing of the central copper tube
and for the 'flashing' of an element within the solar tube
assembly.
This 'flashing'
operation is caused by induction heating a disc within the
tube, once heated the disc 'explodes' and has the effect of
buring off any remaining gases within the tube.

full details on the equipment supplied to Kingspan® Renewables
later in the year.
