TQC are specialists in car bumper fixtures
and laser cut profile jigs and fixtures for plastic components assembly, plastic finishing

Fixtures of this design have been provided
for the automotive industry. These fixtures handle front or rear bumpers and allow the
painted plastic moulding to be held for manual polishing. The plastic bumper is mounted
onto the desinged to suit top cradle where the moulding is securely held by vacuum, this
secures onto the B face of the plastic bumper. The operator manouvers the secured bumper
and a ball joint clamps the bumper in the desired position by use of a pneumatic
footswitch. To assit the operator integral polishing tool holders are incorporated.
TQC can also supply fixtures for bumper
assembly and handling for other areas with the production system.
