TQC
have designed and manufactured a number of bumper punch
systems varying in complexity.
Generally,
bumpers are manually loaded and unloaded through a light
guard and then automatically punched.
Any
waste material is gathered via chutes feeding bins outside
the guarded areas.
The
punches are actuated using hydraulics or pneumatics or a
combination of both.
Holes
punched include:
-
Fog Light Holes
-
PDC
Holes
-
Body
Fixing Holes
-
Numberplate
Plinth Holes
TQC can also supply fixtures
for bumper assembly and handling for other areas with
the production system so if you have any enquiry that
involves automotive plastic mouldings please contact us
we will be please to help.
Punching operations
can be combined with manual or automated assembly operation
within a single machine.
A typical
example would be the assembly of a bumper requires the
punching of holes for PDC sensors following by the fitting
and checking of associated brackets and sensors
