Control systems are the “brains” of assembly, test and handling systems and are integral with any special purpose machinery or bespoke equipment supplied.
TQC have knowledge of many different types of control system including PLC based & PC based systems and more advanced systems including data handling. TQC works closely with leading manufacturers including Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Allen Bradley and Beckhoff so we can design, assembly and program the best solution for our clients.
In addition TQC has considerable experience in interfacing to Management Information Systems, SCAD systems, MRP systems etc. TQC's ability to take Digital I/O, Analogue I/I, RS232, RS85 and more recently Ethernet communication devices bring significant knowledge to your project. TQC are able to write PLC ladder logic programs and use PC C++ and other programming languages. Experience in Delphi and Labview allows TQC to handle complex data acquisition applications. TQC has a range of experience configuring simple monochrome displays up to sophisticated multi-touch panel large HMI systems. In addition, TQC has engineered systems with multiple monitors from a single PC system to show complex operator instructions at work stations along a production line, these screen change contents depending of on the product variant being currently produced on the line.
