Intelligent Manufacturing – our work on Agent Systems for leak testing
Recently, TQC delved into a multi-agent approach for controlling testing functionality in leak test processes. Intelligent Manufacturing – our work on digitalisation of Assets
TQC has also made significant strides in Asset Administration Shells (AAS) and integrating external services to augment intelligence in production systems. The Reference Architectural Model Industrie 4.0 (RAMI 4.0), the industry standard for Industry 4.0, emphasizes the representation of manufacturing assets as digital objects, known as assets in AAS. This approach allows standardized interaction with other digital systems without requiring direct access to sensors and actuators. AAS, acting as the digital representation of the asset, can be manipulated and influenced to achieve desired outcomes.
